Blood sugar levels under control:
With the innovative DIABEX monitoring system

DIABEX™ CGM offers an innovative solution for continuous monitoring of your blood sugar levels. With this advanced technology, you can conveniently and automatically measure your blood sugar every 5 minutes, without the traditional, time-consuming finger-prick tests.
DIABEX Monitoring Transmitter

DIABEX Monitoring Transmitter

The DIABEX transmitter is used to regularly send blood sugar readings to the DIABEX App.
DIABEX Monitoring Sensor

DIABEX Glucose Monitoring Sensor

The DIABEX sensor is used for continuous blood sugar monitoring. It serves as the base for installing the DIABEX transmitter.

24/7 Monitoring

The DIABEX sensor transmits glucose values every 5 minutes, enabling continuous around-the-clock monitoring. It can collect up to 288 data points daily, recording detailed changes in your blood sugar levels. An internet connection is required for data transmission.

Measurement of Glucose Concentration in Interstitial Fluid

The sensor regularly measures glucose levels in the interstitial fluid, the fluid between cells, and sends this data via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth to the DIABEX App on your smartphone or smartwatch.

"Minute-by-minute update of glucose levels

Real-time data: CGM provides continuous glucose values, allowing users to recognize trends and fluctuations throughout the day without frequent fingerstick tests.

Direct transmission to compatible smartphones

Download the DIABEX app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your data at a glance on the home screen of your app. Alerts must be set up by the user.

Waterproof and suitable for showers, swimming, and sports

The DIABEX sensor is attached to the upper arm, abdomen, or upper buttocks and is waterproof up to a depth of four meters. It can be worn without any issues while swimming, showering, or during sports activities.

Enables better blood sugar control, shows trends and alerts anytime and anywhere, even during business activities.

Thanks to the recognition of blood sugar patterns and trends, users and healthcare providers can make targeted decisions for diabetes treatment.

Reduces risks and promotes health

CGM devices can alert users when their glucose levels are critically high or low, helping to prevent dangerous hypo- or hyperglycemia.

Improves quality of life and reduces the need for frequent fingerstick tests

With continuous blood sugar monitoring and timely alerts, you gain more security and freedom in daily life. You can set the alert values individually in the DIABEX App.

Although the use of CGM systems reduces the frequency of blood sugar measurements with a traditional blood glucose meter, this method cannot be completely replaced. A daily blood sugar measurement can be helpful, for example, to assess potential discrepancies between tissue readings and blood values. Additionally, traditional measurements are required if hypoglycemia is suspected, glucose levels remain persistently high, or in special situations. Furthermore, some CGM devices require at least two blood sugar measurements per day using a fingerstick and test strips to calibrate the system.

For several years, CGM systems with alarm functions have been included as aids in the service catalog of statutory health insurance. However, this does not mean that statutory health insurance (GKV) automatically covers the costs in every case. The GKV is not obliged to cover the costs automatically. If the treating doctor issues a prescription for the device, the patient, together with the doctor, must also submit a request for cost coverage. The health insurance company will then review the request and decide on cost coverage.
